2026 Sports Equinox Best Bets!

Monday’s sports calendar creates one of the best betting windows of the fall. We’ve got games spanning from the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, and the WNBA Finals Game 5. It’s a perfect time to get down on the action on multiple sports and even parlay them together if you feel good about it. Let’s take a look at my Sports Equinox best bets!

Sports Equinox Best Bets!

NHL: New York Rangers Moneyline (-128)

The New York Rangers host the LA Kings at Madison Square Garden to kick off our Sports Equinox bets at 7 PM Eastern. New York sits at 7-5-1 overall and remains a perfect 6-0 at home this season. In fact, at home, they’ve outscored their opponents by quite a bit.

The Kings are 2-5-2 and are on a multi-game road trip. They’ve had limited offensive output in multiple games and allowed plenty of goals. Los Angeles has been held to one goal in multiple games this month, and they rank near the bottom of the league in goals scored.

The Rangers’ goaltending has been good at home, and the team generates consistent shot volume. The moneyline at -128 reflects the home advantage without pricing them as an overwhelming favorite. The Rangers should control the tempo the entire game, for all three periods.

Take the Rangers moneyline with confidence, and add it to parlays. It’s juiced a little, but not enough to stay away from.

NBA: Chicago Bulls +13.5 (-105)

Next on our Sports Equinox bets list is the Chicago Bulls visiting the Boston Celtics at 7:30 PM Eastern. The large spread offers some value despite Boston being a clear favorite. Chicago sits at 1-2 after three games. However, they’ve shown some scoring bursts, averaging over 114 points per game so far. Boston is 1-1 and hasn’t established consistent defense yet, allowing more than 112 points per game.

The Bulls’ recent contests have featured high totals, and their ability to push the pace in stretches can keep them within double digits. Boston’s home record is usually pretty solid, but double-digit spreads in the first weeks of the season often prove to be off. The Bulls will have to maintain offensive rebounding and transition opportunities, but the recipe for the cover is there.

Chicago has covered or at least stayed competitive in similar sports against the Celtics. The 13.5 points give the Bulls a nice cushion. As long as the Bulls can limit turnovers and force Boston into half-court sets, they should be able to score enough to keep within 14 points.

MLB: Milwaukee Brewers Moneyline (+102)

The Milwaukee Brewers face the Tampa Bay Rays in World Series Game 3 at 8 PM Eastern in Tampa Bay for the next game in our Sports Equinox bets. Milwaukee leads the series 2-0 after winning both games at home. They have a 9-1 record through the first 10 playoff games. This one will be more difficult on the road, but they are on a hot streak.

The Brewers scored five unanswered runs in Game 2 after falling behind early, and their bullpen has limited runs in high-leverage spots all month. Robert Gasser will be the starting pitcher for the Brewers, opposite Freddy Peralta for the Rays.

The Brewers’ offense has produced timely hits and home runs in the series, while the Rays have committed multiple defensive miscues and errors that have cost them close games. Teams that hold a 2-0 lead in a best-of-seven series historically advance, and the Brewers’ plus-money price reflects just a slight home-field advantage for Tampa Bay.

Milwaukee’s regular season record of 103-59 shows their depth and competitiveness, and I expect another strong performance on the road for them.

WNBA: Golden State Valkyries -1.5 (-104)

This is a bonus pick on our Sports Equinox bets! The Golden State Valkyries host the Atlanta Dream in the WNBA Finals Game 5 at 8 PM Eastern. The series is currently tied 2-2. Golden State has the home-court advantage at the Chase Center and enters with a 32-12 regular-season record. This series has been tight overall. Golden State just won Game 4 on the road by five points.

Gabby Williams has averaged more than 20 points in the postseason and provides consistent scoring for the Valkyries. Atlanta has relied heavily on Angel Reese’s rebounding and interior scoring. However, the Dream’s road efficiency has not been great. A 1.5-point spread is narrow for a home team in a deciding game. Golden State’s crowd should help them control the tempo.

The Valkyries have protected home court throughout the playoffs, and the number feels too small for a team that just won on the road.

NFL: Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles OVER 43.5 Points (-120)

The last pick on my Sports Equinox best bets is for the NFL. Dallas and Philadelphia meet on Monday Night Football at 8:15 PM Eastern. The total currently sits at 43.5 points, and everything I see recommends taking the under. However, I disagree.

Dallas is currently averaging 25.2 points per game, while Philadelphia sits at 17.7. However, the Cowboys are allowing 26.5 points per game, while the Eagles are allowing 22.8 points per game.  These teams have gone under in four of the last five games against each other. Which makes me seem crazy for taking the over, doesn’t it?

However, I think there will be a lot of points in this one in a back-and-forth affair. Despite the Eagles not having multiple starters, this is a division rivalry, and I think these two teams will come out swinging with some big plays drawn up.

Dallas ranks near the bottom in rushing yards allowed, and Saquon Barkley is back. The Eagles will need him for their offense. Dallas has also given up big plays through the air. Granted, with Tanner McKee, the offense hasn’t had a ton of explosive plays. However, he’s had some more time to prep for this one, and this organization knows this is a big one for them, especially after the Giants upset the Texans this weekend.

The total has lowered by two points from earlier this week, and I think it’s trending in the wrong direction. Expect both teams to find the end zone multiple times as the NFC East stakes keep the pace elevated.
