Football Pick of the Day (September 28th): NFL Week 3 Spread Pick
Philadelphia Eagles vs Chicago Bears
8:15pm – Monday – September 28th
After cashing on our spread pick on Sunday, we’re looking to build that momentum with Monday’s primetime action. The news heading into this one is all about the status of the Bears quarterback room. There have been varying reports of injuries and recoveries, but when the dust settled, Tyson Bagent will be under center.
While Bagent is not exactly Caleb Williams, I think people looking to fade him are going to be upset. He put together a reasonably successful final drive with no prep and nearly took down the Vikings. Now he gets a long week to prepare for an Eagles team who survived the Titans on a last second touchdown.
The Eagles do enter with an undefeated record, which is likely why they’re visiting favorites. However, Jalen Hurts has been interception prone lately and the offense is not nearly as dominant as pre-season pundits suggested. As a result, I expect the Bears to at least cover at home with an eye on the moneyline as well.
