We’re starting the week off with a bang. Atlanta Braves outfielder Lane Thomas is basically a platoon player and not much of a home run hitter, with 11 this season and only 87 over his eight-year career.

However, four of those dingers have come off of tomorrow’s starter for the Philadelphia Phillies, Jesus Luzardo. Let’s hope Thomas still has the lefty’s number.

St. Louis Cardinals vs San Francisco Giants

We’ll head back to the beaten path for our next pick, as the St. Louis Cardinals visit the San Francisco Giants. With 35 homers this season, Giants slugger Rafael Devers is very close to eclipsing his career-best total of 38.

And at the pace he’s going, it won’t be long before Devers surpasses that. With three homers over his past two games and five in his last five heading into action on Sunday, Devers is swinging a hot stick.
