San Diego Padres vs Atlanta Braves

Start Time: 12:15 PM EST

We’ll start in the Dirty South again, as the Atlanta Braves welcome the San Diego Padres to town for a lunch start time. It just so happens that I’m going with the Braves leader in homers this season, Matt Olson (26), but not just because he’s their leading slugger.

Olson also likes hitting against Padres starter Griffin Canning, who takes the bump tomorrow. The slugger has two homers in 19 career at-bats against Canning.

Tampa Bay Rays vs Toronto Blue Jays

Start Time: 3:07 PM EST

I’ve got another low-hanging fruit play for this American League East battle between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Toronto Blue Jays. Despite the Blue Jays running ace Shane Bieber to the mound tomorrow, I’ve got a play on a Rays player.

That player would, of course, be Junior Caminero, who leads the team with 29 home runs, fourth best in the majors, and has taken Bieber yard in half of his at-bats against him (sure, it’s only been two career at-bats, but still).
