Las Vegas Aces vs Dallas Wings

After coming off nine and 10-win seasons over the past two years, things are looking up in Dallas for the Wings, holders of a 4-3 record in the early goings of the 2026 WNBA season. Getting back-to-back first overall draft picks (Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd) seems to be a good thing for roster building – who’d thunk?!
And the advanced stats love the Wings even more than their traditional win-loss record does. Dallas is about nine points better per game than the mythical “average team”, the third-highest mark in the league. The defending champion Las Vegas Aces, meanwhile, are 0.67 points worse than average.
Sure, it’s early in the season, but my line is so different than the actual spread I’ve got to play it. My line is Dallas -12.5, so the Wings plus the points at home is my best bet for Thursday.
