Los Angeles Lakers vs Detroit Pistons
Start Time – 7:00 PM EST
Ahhh, the good ol’ Los Angeles Lakers. You can always count on their odds being inflated and to get great value on fading them. That is the case again tomorrow as they head to the Motor City to face the Detroit Pistons.
Yes, I know that Cade Cunningham is out with a collapsed lung – I took that into account when crunching my numbers. Even with that caveat, my line is Detroit -4, so the Pistons as a home dog sounds good to me.
Best Bet: Detroit +2.5 (-110)
San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat
Start Time – 7:00 PM EST
The Miami Heat are walking wounded as well, most notably perhaps being without top scorer Norman Powell tomorrow night when the San Antonio Spurs come to town. However, the Spurs may be missing Devin Vassell and Stephon Castle.
I’ll be taking the Heat in this game, regardless of whether Powell suits up or not. My line is only San Antonio -1.5, so the Heat plus the points at home is my play. Two more home dogs for Monday!
