Texas A&M at Georgia

Start Time: 1:00 PM EST

Texas A&M enters this game with a 16-4 overall record and a 3-2 mark on the road. The Aggies are 13-7 against the spread overall and 4-1 ATS on the road.

Georgia comes into this matchup with a 16-5 overall record and an 11-2 mark at home. The Bulldogs are 10-11 ATS overall and 6-7 ATS at home.

Texas A&M has won nine out of the last 10 matchups against Georgia. They’ve also covered seven of the last ten games played against the Bulldogs. Texas A&M is currently on a three-game winning streak. The Aggies have also covered six games in a row. Georgia is off back-to-back losses against Tennessee and Texas. The Bulldogs did manage to cover against Tennessee as they lost a heartbreaker in overtime on the road.

This is a matchup of two top-five offenses in the country. Georgia is the best scoring offense in the nation and averages 93.0 points per game. Texas A&M has the third-best scoring offense and averages 91.8 points per game. Georgia gets the job done on the inside, while Texas A&M relies more on shooting from range. The Bulldogs are a top-70 team in the nation when it comes to three-point shooting percentage against, while Texas A&M is 153rd in two-point shooting percentage against. Georgia can defend the perimeter, but Texas A&M struggles in the paint.

Texas A&M is currently in first place in the SEC. It’s fair to say that the Aggies are unlikely to end the season at the top of the standings. They have a lookahead spot at Alabama on deck, and then get Florida at home. A road game against a chippy Georgia team off a tough loss looks like the beginning of the end for a hot Aggies team. Georgia should be able to score, and they have the better defensive team. The Bulldogs should win and cover the 3.5 points.

Best Bet: Georgia -3.5

Davidson at Richmond

Start Time: 4:30 PM EST

Davidson enters this matchup with a 12-8 overall record and a 4-2 mark on the road. The Wildcats are 9-10 overall ATS and 4-2 ATS on the road.

Richmond comes into this game with a 13-9 overall record and a 9-4 mark at home. The Spiders are 10-11 overall ATS and 6-6 ATS at home.

Richmond has won six of the last 10 games head-to-head with Davidson, but the Wildcats have a three-game winning streak in the series. The Spiders did cover the last matchup as a 5.5-point underdog.

Davidson only has four wins in their last 10 games, and it’s dropped two in a row. Richmond is on a four-game losing streak and has played three of the last four games on the road. They’re off a cover as a 12.5-point underdog against VCU.

Richmond has a much better offense, and they are overdue for a crazy shooting game. The last time the Spiders were at home, they shot only 15% from deep range. They average 38.4% shooting on three-point shots for the season. That’s the 19th-best mark in the nation. The Spiders are also the better team at protecting the ball, and they get to play this one on their floor after a series of tough road games. Let’s lock up the Spiders as a short favorite to get the job done at home.

Best Bet: Richmond -2.5

Auburn at Tennessee

Start Time: 8:30 PM EST

Auburn comes into this game with a 14-7 overall record and a 2-3 mark on the road. The Tigers are 12-9 ATS overall and 3-2 ATS on the road.

Tennessee enters this matchup with a 14-6 overall record and a 10-1 mark at home. The Volunteers are 7-13 overall ATS and 4-7 ATS at home.

Tennessee has won four of the last six games in this series outright. The Volunteers have also covered four of the last six. They’ve won and covered two of the last three games played in Knoxville.

Auburn has won four games in a row, including road wins at Florida and at Ole Miss. Tennessee is off back-to-back road wins at Alabama and at Georgia.

Both of these teams are really good offensively, but Tennessee has still maintained its defensive reputation. Auburn? They’re 255th in points per game allowed. Tennessee is the better shooting team, and they can get a stop when they need to. The Volunteers are also a much better rebounding team, and they can defend the perimeter.

Auburn has been a nice story in a rebuilding year, but they’re about to start a gauntlet in the SEC. After Tennessee, the Tigers have Alabama, Vanderbilt, and a trip to Arkansas on deck. Auburn is tied for fourth in the SEC, but they’re about to start a tumble down the standings. Let’s lock up the Vols to win and cover at home.

Best Bet: Tennessee -5.5
