One of the teams that the Thunder failed to beat – even on their home court – was the abysmal Indiana Pacers. The 3-19 on the road Indiana Pacers, the worst road team in the NBA.
Don’t expect lightning to strike twice. The Pacers aren’t all of a sudden road warriors after one win in Oklahoma City. My line for this game is Atlanta -9.5, so the Hawks on the spread is the way.
Best Bet: Atlanta -5 (-115)
Golden State Warriors vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Start Time – 9:30 PM EST
Speaking of lightning striking twice, the undermanned (no Jimmy Butler nor his ‘replacement’, Jonathan Kuminga) Golden State Warriors thumped the Minnesota Timberwolves on their home floor by 26 points on Sunday night. Now the two teams are running it back again on Monday.
So, no, I don’t expect the lightning to strike down the Wolves again. However, I do expect the Warriors to cover the spread. My line is Minnesota -4, so the visitors on the spread is my play.
