Las Vegas Raiders vs Houston Texans
Start Time: 4:25 PM EST
There is not a lot on the line when the Las Vegas Raiders visit the Texans in Houston tomorrow afternoon. The 2-12 Raiders are not sniffing the playoffs, while the Texans have a spot all but locked up. And a Houston win only increases their odds at securing the #3 seed in the playoffs by a couple of percentage points.
But the talent difference between these two teams is so stark that I still think the Texans will come out and cover the spread on their home turf. We’re talking about the best team in the AFC (according to advanced stats) facing the worst team, and the best team gets the home-field advantage.
My line is Houston -24.5, so the Texans on the spread is my best bet for Sunday.
