Gambling on the Little League World Series can be a twisting, wild roller coaster ride. It’s a bunch of 12-year-olds in Williamsport, PA, with the best youth baseball equipment known to man. BetOnline is offering Little League World Series betting odds. This article includes my Little League World Series Picks and analysis on the futures market.
Little League World Series Betting Odds And Preview
Most kids can swing the bat, but when it comes to fielding the ball and making a clean throw, you may have a better chance at placing $10 on a roulette wheel and choosing the correct number than correctly picking Little League World Series games.
Simpletons may ask, ‘Why do it’? The answer: When sports are on ESPN and ESPN2 at noon or 3:00 Eastern, there are definitely worse things to do with money.
My name is Noah Bieniek, and I’m the host of the Sports Gambling Podcast Network’s The College Baseball Experience. Luckily, I have a track record of betting on amateur baseball at the college and LLWS levels.
In 2021, Taylor North Little League from Taylor, Michigan, won the LLWS. I reside just 40 minutes from Taylor and was very plugged into that team. Honolulu Little League (Hawai’i) won the LLWS in 2022, which was my pick to win in this article three years ago. El Segundo Little League (Southern California) won the LLWS in 2023. They were my pick to win the U.S. Bracket.
In 2024 Boerne, Texas was my LLWS Championship pick. The kids won the winner’s bracket and then were eliminated after just one loss in a “double elimination” bracket by a team they had previously beat in Williamsport. That team was Lake Mary Little League out of Florida (a team I also previewed last year).
It is the dumbest bracket format ever. I believe three of the U.S. representatives this year eliminated the undefeated Winner’s bracket team in their Regional’s Championship Game. It’s disappointing because some of the better American teams didn’t get to Williamsport this year.
Anyways, listeners/readers and I were up almost 30 units on college baseball this season alone.

Little League World Series Betting Preview
*Disclaimer: It’s extremely hard to find film and player stats for international teams.
Every year there is always a team in the United States bracket that sticks out like men among boys. The U.S. has won six straight LLWS (2020 International teams didn’t attend). Each team usually has a dude, but not many have multiple kids who may have had their growth spurts early. After watching a lot of the teams play in the United States Regionals there doesn’t seem to be a squad that truly sticks out as a heavy favorite to win the Little League World Series.
On the International side, I typically lean towards the Williamsport experience since I can’t find game highlights for these teams. The Little League World Series experience is amazing for both the players getting used to playing in front of massive cameras in super nice stadiums and the coaches understanding proper game/tournament strategy.
Aruba, Czech Republic, and Venezuela all feature repeat champions. However, European teams always get outclassed by the more traditional baseball countries. Additionally, there has been a lot of political drama surrounding this year’s Venezuelan team.
Venezuela’s trip to Williamsport was in limbo for much of the Summer until about a week ago when President Trump gave them a special exemption to travel into the United States of America. Surprisingly, Cardenales Little League does not return any of the same players or coaches from the 2024 LLWS team.
Little League World Series Bets To Entertain
-155 INTERNATIONAL TO WIN LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP
It’s unfortunate that in my opinion the United States won’t have some of their best teams in Williamsport this year. Three teams were eliminated after losing their first-and-only Regional game in the Championship of the “double elimination” tournament. Defending Champion Lake Mary Little League lost to Irmo, South Carolina in the Championship.
Florida defeated South Carolina 14-0 in the Winner’s Bracket. Then South Carolina won the Championship game (5-4) miraculously scoring five runs in the final inning. It was Lake Mary Little League’s first loss in the “double elimination” regional but they were eliminated. This same situation happened to Louisiana in the Southwest Regional and Ohio in the Great Lakes Regional.
The U.S. will have some quality teams: Hawai’i, Texas, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut are examples. But none of them stick out as a big threat to win the LLWS. That leaves the high possibility of chaos playing out on the United States side.
I prefer the grab bag of typical titans from the International Bracket. In particular Taiwan (Chinese Taipei), Japan, Venezuela, and Mexico seem to have quality rosters for the 2025 LLWS.
+150 ASIA-PACIFIC To Win The INTERNATIONAL Bracket
*Disclaimer: It’s extremely hard to find film and player stats for international teams.
Every couple of years there is a really good Latin American team, but each year the biggest task of handicapping the Little League World Series is figuring out whether the Asia-Pacific or Japan representative is the favorite to win the International Bracket. Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) leads all International countries with 17 Little League Championships. Japan is second in line with 11 titles.
Taiwanese and Japanese teams always excel at pitching, bunting skills, and defensive fundamentals. These teams always place pressure on the sketchy defenses and they never make mistakes of their own. What sets some of these teams apart is how prolific they are on offense.
Joto Little League from Tokyo, Japan went 4-0 while outscoring their Japan Regional opponents 29-6. Japan is bringing a very quality team to the States. HOWEVER, Tung-Yuan Little League from Taipei City, Taiwan went 6-1 in the Asia Pacific Regional with a whopping 64-6 run differential! Taiwan’s lone loss (5-4) came to Seoul Little League out of South Korea which is known for putting together some really powerful offenses.
Additionally, I’m hearing through the grapevine that this year’s Taiwan team has four pitchers that possess 70+ mph fastballs. In Little League that is a premier-plus-fastball that is the equivalent to a 100 mph fastball from MLB 60-feet-6-inches distance. Chin-Tse Lin is the one name that I’m aware of. I assume he is their Ace.
Manager Min-Nan Lai was with Chinese Taipei when they came to Williamsport in 2015. That year they were eliminated by Mexico. Asia-Pacific’s Opening Round Blind Draw lined them up with Mexico in Game 1.
I am predicting that this Asia-Pacific team wins the International Bracket AND they are my 2025 LLWS Championship pick.
UNITED STATES BRACKET HANDICAP
Because I think that the United States may be missing a loaded team like they typically have, this will be an entertaining year. There’s three ways to attack the United States bracket. You can play the favorite, take the team with the easiest path, or pick a long shot.
+140 West To Win United States Bracket
In my opinion Hawai’i played against the best Regional competition in order to get to Williamsport. Honolulu Little League played against Northern California and then Southern California twice. Both teams from Cali had some massive players. Yet it was the Hawaiians that won all three games thanks to their incredible starting pitching.
Hawai’i lacks some kids that have hit early growth spurts, however they do have some thick, powerful Polynesians. Bronson Fermahin was barely touched by Southern California. In two outings against SoCal, Fermahin tallied 9.1 innings pitched, 7 hits, 0 earned runs, 17 strikeouts, and 0 walks. Mason Mitani appeared on the mound in all three games for Hawai’i. He pitched 3.2 innings, didn’t allow a hit, struck out six, and walked two. Lastly, Logan Brokaw threw 7 IP, punched 11 tickets, with just 2 free passes, allowing 3 earned runs on 9 hits.
After leading his 2018 and 2022 teams to LLWS Championships, Manager Gerald Oda is a Little League coaching legend around the islands. Oda tends to get the most out of his teams. Also, the loaded 2022 team had Kekoa Payanal as a main contributor. This year’s team includes Kuana Payanal. Kuana is the third Payanal brother to get to Omaha. He bats near the bottom of the lineup but tallied a big RBI double in the West Regional Championship game.
Hawai’i’s lineup didn’t necessarily drop jaws in the West Regional but they faced outstanding pitching. To be honest, the Hawaiians have probably faced the best arms they’ll see all tournament. They have a knack of getting on base with walks or HBPs. This provides a lot of reassurance that they are the rightful U.S. favorites. Hawai’i does get a tough draw with two teams that pique my interest (Southwest and/or Metro).
+200 Southeast To Win United States Bracket
First things first, Southeast received a very favorable draw. After all, Irmo Little League had to battle through the losers bracket to then defeat the 2024 LLWS Champions in order to get to Williamsport in 2025.
To be frank, the biggest reason South Carolina has a chance to make a run through their favorable U.S. bracket draw is Joe Giulietti. Bottom line, Giulietti is the best American player in the 2025 Little League World Series. Giulietti received the Barry Bonds treatment in the Southeast Regional Championship game. He was walked with the bases loaded in the final inning. Then the next at bat Brady Westbrooks smacked a walk-off 3-run double.
Joe Giulietti is a two-way star. On the mound Giulietti can cross the 70 mph marker with his fastball. He tossed 9.2 innings, racking up 18 strikeouts, with 7 walks, 2 earned runs, and just 4 hits. At the plate Giulietti batted .636 (7-11), with a 1.805 OPS, 7 R, 3 RBI, a home run, 2 doubles, and only one strikeout.
I hesitate in fully believing South Carolina can win the U.S. bracket because they are quite frankly a one-man-show. But the Southeast Region is one of the most talented sections each year, so maybe the depth will shine in Williamsport. Keep an eye on Westbrooks and Brody Miller at the plate. The one other pitcher with a sub-5.60 ERA on this team is Andrew Bogan.
+900 Mid-Atlantic To Win United States Bracket
Pennsylvania is the best value-longshot for the 2025 Little League World Series. The home state usually represents very well at Williamsport, PA. Glenmoore Eagle Little League won three straight games and outscored their opponents 21-6 in the process to earn the right to play more baseball in the Keystone State.
As a team Pennsylvania had a .342 batting average in the Mid-Atlantic Regional (a middle-tier regional when it comes to talent). Nick Bongiorni raked with a .714 average, 2.063 OPS, 6 RBI, and 4 extra base hits.
Ethan Herbein is the Ace. Herbein hurled 7.2 innings in the Mid-Atlantic Regional. He tossed 11 chairs, walked only 1, allowed just 2 earned runs on 6 hits, and was stamped with a 1.57 ERA.
Aiden Mercer is Glenmoore Eagle Little League’s top two-way player. Mercer hit .333, with a 1.389 OPS, and owned a 2.12 ERA, while striking out 8 and walking zero over 5.2 innings.
