Milwaukee Brewers vs Washington Nationals
Start Time: 6:45 PM EST
The Milwaukee Brewers would be one of those teams we can get behind, while the Washington Nationals are one of the ones we can fade. After a 21-9 run, the Brew Crew is now the top team in baseball (followed by the Chicago Cubs, the Detroit Tigers, and the Toronto Blue Jays – what a wacky season).
And the Nationals are the Nationals – 44-64 and a bottom-three team in the league. Even in a surprising season like this, some things never change. And at 21-31 at home in National Park, they are actually slightly better on the road.
The Brewers are good at home and on the road, and are 3-0 against Washington this season. The much better team with a better starting pitcher tomorrow (Jose Quintana vs Mitchell Parker), the Milwaukee Brewers on the moneyline is my best bet for Friday.
