After his amazing comeback in this year’s French Open Finals, Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz is on a mission to add the Wimbledon trophy to his collection. Not just a Wimbledon championship, but his third straight Wimbledon championship. But first, he has to get through American Taylor Fritz in the semifinals.
Getting past Fritz hasn’t been an issue for Alcaraz in the past, as the 22-year-old is a perfect 2-0 against the American. Not only that, but he’s never dropped a set to Fritz in his career. And that’s what I’m banking on happening tomorrow in one half of the Wimbledon semifinals. Alcaraz will win in straight sets (or, on the other hand, he could lose, and we can still win our bet – it doesn’t matter to me).
