Washington Nationals vs St. Louis Cardinals

The St. Louis Cardinals are having themselves a pretty solid season. Despite a recent dip, they are on pace to win 85 games, far exceeding the 75.5 they were projected for heading into this season. And the advanced stats like them even more, ranking them as a top 10 team in the majors.
And with the Washington Nationals in town starting today (Tuesday) for a three-game series, the chance to pile up some more wins is definitely high. Not only have the Cardinals beaten the Nationals in all three of their previous meetings heading into Tuesday, but they outscored them 20-3 in the process. And that was in Washington.
When you dive into the numbers and consider the home field advantage, the Cardinals come out as about 1.5 runs better than the Nationals tomorrow night at Busch Stadium. Yet we’re getting them at a pick ’em price.
