Las Vegas Aces vs New York Liberty

Start Time – 1:00 PM EST

We’re in for a treat in the day’s early game, with the two best teams in the WNBA – and the winners of the past three WNBA Championships – meeting in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The New York Liberty ousted the back-to-back champion Las Vegas Aces in the semifinals last season on their way to the championship, so the Aces will be looking for revenge tomorrow afternoon.

And I think they’ll get it. Las Vegas has put together an all-time great team, and with the added motivation of coming off a failed season, I think they get the job done tomorrow (or at least cover the spread).

Best Bet: Las Vegas +3.5 (+100)

Chicago Sky vs Indiana Fever

Start Time – 3:00 PM EST

Caitlin Clark starts her sophomore season with the Indiana Fever tomorrow afternoon, hosting her rival Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky. It took Clark a bit to be acclimated to the pro game, but once she did, the Fever were cooking, making it to the postseason.

While Indiana is expected to be better than Chicago again this season, I think the spread tomorrow afternoon is too wide. The Sky plus the points is my play.
