NBA Predictions & Preview For Wednesday, January 29th

We’re being served up 11 games tomorrow on our NBA smorgasbord, which normally would mean lots of juicy lines. Unfortunately, in this case, three games are lined up exactly the same as my numbers, and another three are within a point of my projections. Regardless, I found a couple of winners for us. Here is your NBA prediction and preview for Wednesday, January 29th.

Toronto Raptors vs Washington Wizards

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

Look out for the Toronto Raptors, winners of four straight games. Don’t look at the Washington Wizards, losers of 14 straight. Will they ever win a game again? Not tomorrow night.

The home-court advantage isn’t going to be enough for Washington on Wednesday night. I have this game lined up as Toronto -11.5.

Best Bet: Toronto -6.5 (-115)

Dallas Mavericks vs New Orleans Pelicans

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

Just like there’s always money in the banana stand, there’s always money in fading the New Orleans Pelicans. Even with Zion Williamson back on the floor, the team keeps losing games and remains the worst team in the Western Conference. And the Dallas Mavericks continue to tread water waiting for Luka Doncic to return.

But treading water is better than drowning, which is what the Pelicans are doing. This line should be Dallas -9.5, so the Mavs are getting my money.
