While Penn State is the better team in this matchup, I don’t think they are 11 points better than Boise State. The value is on the Broncos plus the points. That’s the first half of my parlay.
The second half of the parlay is under 53.5 points for this game’s total. The Nittany Lions have one of the stingiest defenses in the nation, with their 15.9 points allowed per game the seventh-fewest in the country. Plus, the Broncos have been playing in low-scoring games lately.
