Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens are rested up from a Week 14 bye. They’ll head up to Easy Rutherford, New Jersey on Sunday to take on the New York Giants. MetLife Stadium is the site of the match that’ll kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on CBS. The forecast is calling for 47 degrees and a light wind at kickoff. Let’s jump in and take a look at this Ravens-Giants preview and predictions.
Lamar and his Ravens are coming off that much needed late bye week, Week 14 was the final week of byes for teams before the four game run to the playoffs. They enter Week 15 as the number five seed in the AFC currently, two games behind the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC North. Prior to their bye, the Ravens lost two of their last three games. One to those Steelers, and the other to the Philadelphia Eagles.
For New York it’s been a year of disasters. One thing after another led to Daniel Jones being bench and then cut. Tommy DeVito gets the start and gets hurt. Drew Lock gets the start, now he’s hurt. So it’s back to Tommy DeVito again this week for the Giants. At 2-11, if the season ended today the Giants would hold the number one pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The New York Giants 🤡 show continues…
Tommy DeVito is QB1 while Drew Lock is out with a heel injury

Baltimore Ravens at New York Giants Preview and Predictions Video
Derrick Henry Longest Rush Over 20.5 Yards (-110)
We’re not going to overthink this one. Derrick Henry has been on a tear this season and the Giants rushing defense has been horrendous. Not only are they top four in rushing yards given up in 2024, they’ve allowed 17 rushes of 20 yards or more in 13 games.
Henry has 14 rushes over 20 yards this season. It won’t take long for the beast of a man to bust one right up the middle though this week defense on a bad team, and we’ll cash this ticket early before they pull Henry out of the game.
Baltimore Ravens -15 (-120)
15 points is a pretty big spread in the NFL. Clearly everyone knows the Ravens are the way better team here, but it should give you pause with a number this large. Over the course of history really big spreads tend not to be covered. 15 is large, but not a 20+ that we’ve seen before.
Over the last five seasons, there have been 20 games with a point spread of 15 or larger. Teams favored by 15 or more have gone 9-10-1. So it seems to be a situational play, and not just based on whether you have to or can’t bet this number.
This Giants team is a dumpster fire, looking for a new quarterback and maybe even a new head coach. There’s no consistency in their starting quarterback or flow of their team. Baltimore is coming off a few bad losses, and is rested up with an extra week to prepare. We’ve already seen them throttle teams like Denver and Buffalo, and those are good teams. Look for them to be pedal to the metal and blowing the Giants out.
