The Washington State Cougars haven’t let the unenviable position of being one of only two teams currently in the Pac-12 Conference prevent them from having a stellar season. After only losing one game, to then-ranked #25 Boise State on the road, the Cougars now find themselves the #18 ranked team in the nation. Now, they’re on the road against another Mountain West Conference team, looking not to slip up and lose again.
I like their chances to go to 9-1 tomorrow in Albuquerque. The 4-6 Lobos are ranked as one of the worst teams in the nation based on their point differential and their strength of schedule. The only other ranked team they played this season – Arizona – beat them by 22 points. I have this lined up as Washington State -20, so I’ll gladly lay only 10.5 points.
