Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys Preview and Predictions

Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys Preview and PredictionsThe big news in this game is the Cowboys will be without Dak Prescott for the rest of the season. Cooper Rush takes over at the quarterback position for the Dallas Cowboys. If the season wasn’t over for the Cowboys, the Eagles could put the final nail in the coffin this week. Meanwhile, the Eagles are keeping pace in the NFC East with the Commanders in front of them for the division. Below are the Eagles at Cowboys Preview and Predictions.

As I mentioned above, the Cowboys will be without Dak Prescott for the remainder of the season with a hamstring injury. The latest news on Prescott potentially requiring surgery to repair the injury causing him to miss the rest of the season. Additionally, CeeDee Lamb did suffer a shoulder injury but all indications are he will play in Week 11 against the Eagles.

Meanwhile, it is the complete opposite story for the Eagles who come into this game fully healthy. The Eagles have a big game on deck on Thursday Night Football against the Washington Commanders which will have big division implications.

Best Bets

The question in this game becomes what’s the motivation for the Dallas Cowboys? Will the Cowboys get up for this game or did they suffer a dream crusher last week after not only losing the game but losing their starting quarterback? Or will the starters be able to get behind Cooper Rush in this game?

I have a hard time laying 7.5 points in a division road team regardless of who is starting. Since the 2020 season, when the Eagles are a division road favorite, they are 7-7 SU and just 3-6-1 ATS. I will tease down the Eagles to -1.5 and pair it with the Chargers -1.5. However, I do expect to see points in this game. The Cowboys are perfect 3-0 to the Over in their home teams this season and dating back to the 2018 season, the Cowboys are 37-17-1 to the Over.

Best Bet: Eagles/Cowboys Over 43

Saquon Barkley Over 90.5 Rushing Yards

Saquon Barkley has been a man on a mission over the last three weeks for the Eagles. In that span, Barkley is averaging 147.6 rushing yards per game. On the other hand, the Cowboys are allowing close to 109 rushing yards per game on the season, and over the last three weeks the Cowboys are giving up 129 rushing yards per game. I expect a heavy dose of Barkley in this game for the Eagles.
