An AFC West Division matchup takes place in Kansas City. The Denver Broncos coming off a 31-point loss take on the lone undefeated team in the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs. The Broncos come into this game as one of the bigger surprises this season and are fighting for a playoff spot. Below are my Broncos at Chiefs Preview and Predictions.
Both teams come into this game healthy they have been all season long. The only player who is officially out is JuJu Smith-Schuster for the Chiefs. Over the two weeks, Mahomes and newly acquired wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins continue to develop the chemistry on the field. Hopkins had a big game for the Chiefs last week.
If Hopkins continues to get better each week and Travis Kelce continues to find his footing, this team is primed to make it a three-peat. The Chiefs could also get Isaiah Pacheco back very soon as his 21-day practice window is open. Meanwhile, the Broncos have been a pleasant surprise behind Sean Payton and rookie quarterback Bo Nix. The defense for the Broncos has been one of the better ones in the league this season. They do a big task this week trying to slow down Patrick Mahomes and the offense.

Best Bets
I’ve mentioned previously that the Chiefs don’t fare well in games where they are favored outside of seven points. In fact, since 2018, in division games where the Chiefs are favored by more than a touchdown, the Chiefs are 22-4 SU and only 11-14-1 ATS. The Broncos are coming off an embarrassing loss against the Bills and those are spots I like to back a team.
The Chiefs also have the Buffalo Bills on deck next week in Week 11. So this could definitely be a look-ahead spot for the Chiefs. I expect a competitive division game here between the Broncos and the Chiefs.

DeAndre Hopkins Over 4.5 Receptions
As I mentioned above, the chemistry between Mahomes and Hopkins will continue to improve week-to-week. Last week, Hopkins finished the game with eight receptions on nine targets for 86 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Hopkins continues to have one of the best hands in the league and is a reception machine. I expect the targets to continue being there for Hopkins and reeling in the catches.
