Best Bet For Thursday (August 29th): MLB Predictions

LOS ANGELES ANGELS VS DETROIT TIGERS

Start Time – 1:10 PM EST

The Detroit Tigers would be the team headed up the standings while the Los Angeles Angels are headed down (actually, they can’t head down any lower as the Chicago White Sox are blocking their way to the basement). But we’re still getting acceptable odds on the Tigers tomorrow, surprisingly.

As of this writing, Detroit is beating Los Angeles once again on Wednesday night. The Tigers had won five straight games heading into tonight, while the Angels had lost six straight. Plus, the Tigers’ starter tomorrow, Keider Montero, has only allowed two runs over his last two starts (10 innings). Detroit on the moneyline is the play.
