PLL: Premier Lacrosse League All-Star Game Pick and Best Bet
Last week in Boston, the Redwoods became the last team to get in the win column after pulling the 9-7 upset of the hometown Cannons. The Atlas put a beatdown on the Outlaws with a final score of 17-4 as the Atlas rebounded from their lone loss to the Whipsnakes in Week 5.
Utah picked up a win to put them alone atop the Western Conference standings heading into the break. While the hometown Cannons rebounded from a Friday loss to win Saturday over the Waterdogs, who dropped to a surprising 1-4 on the season.

East (-1.5) vs West (+1.5): Total 46 (-115 E/W)
The East is the favorite for Saturday’s All-Star game. Nine of their 20 players come from the New York Atlas, the favorites to win this year’s title (+185) and easily the best team through the first five weeks of the season (5-1). Jeff Teat, of course, leading the way as captain for the East.
The West comes in as the underdogs, led by 2023 league MVP Tom Schreiber as their captain. The West team features eight Archers players. They are currently the second favorite in the league to win it all (+450), but their record only sits at 3-2.
The East just seems to be the superior conference through everything we’ve seen this season. All-Star games can be tricky to bet on at times, not always knowing the level of effort you’ll get, but there’s just too much firepower not to pull the trigger on the East this year.
Pick: East -1.5 (+100)
