Today’s episode features #MLBPicks from around the league. I start out with a walk pick featuring Red Sox pitcher Nick Pivetta in his match up with a familiar divisional foe, the Blue Jays. The Red Sox pitcher has been giving batters freebies often lately, and the Blue Jays have the 7th highest walk rate in MLB. Next I take a look at a young pitcher in the Pirates-Reds game not named Paul Skenes, but instead Carson Spiers. Spiers is making his first start of the season, but has looked excellent on the season in relief duty. Lastly I go back to the Tigers with Mark Canha and his matchup with the Atlanta Braves and starting pitcher Max Fried.
