Dallas Stars vs Edmonton Oilers

It’s been impossible to nail the total on this series, as it’s been under, under, over, over, under. So I’m finally going to stop trying, and I’m going with a player prop as my best bet for Sunday.

The player in question would be Connor McDavid, and the prop bet in question would be his shots on goal. The best player in the sport hasn’t been lighting the lamp too much in the playoffs, with only four goals in 17 games (two of them coming in this series against Dallas). However, he has been putting plenty of pressure on Dallas goalie Jake Oettinger in the form of shots.

McDavid has 21 shots over the first five games of this series, but 16 of those have come over the past three games: six, five, and five. I expect him to keep his foot on the gas on Sunday night.
