SGPN Best Bet For March 2nd

UFC Fight Night: Rozenstruik vs Gaziev (aka UFC Vegas 87)

Start Time – 1:30 pm EST

Make sure you tune in to Saturday’s UFC event (on ESPN+) right when it starts at 1:30 pm Eastern because my best bet is happening in the very first fight of the day. Lightweights kick things off tomorrow, and I like newcomer Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady to beat Loik Radzhabov.

This is a fight card where eight of the 11 fights have a fighter favored at -300 or higher, so it’s hard to find a ‘best bet’. However, Al-Selwady currently is sitting at -160, making him a good value. I think his pace will tire out Radzhabov, plus the ‘Pride of Palestine’ has shored up his striking defense while still remaining a threat himself on the feet. It’ll also help that he’s five years younger than his foe, a wide gap for a lighter-weight class.
