NFL Prop Bets Week 2 Sunday Games

Week 2 of the season started with a shootout on Thursday night as the Browns and Bengals combined for 65 points. The offense should pick up around the league as teams start to find their rhythm. We have a full slate of games today and our team has you covered with free picks ATS for every game. If props are more your speed, take a look below at my top plays of the day. Let’s have a day and remember to stay humble and hungry as SGPN continues to dominate.

NFL Prop Bets Week 2

Aaron Rodgers – QB, Green Bay Over 269.5 Passing Yards (-114)

Rodgers torched the Vikings last week for 364 yards through the air and four touchdowns. Rodgers and head coach Matt LaFluer were in sync and the Packers offense looked dangerous. Detroit heads to Lambeau tomorrow without many healthy options in the secondary. Desmond Trufant is out and slot corner Justin Coleman landed on IR with a hamstring injury. First round pick Jeff Okudah will make his pro debut and unfortunately for him it’s against Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers. The Lions have way too many injuries in the secondary and I expect a monster game from Rodgers.

Miles Sanders – RB, Philadelphia Over 53.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

The Eagles blew a 17-0 lead last week and lost on the road in Washington. Carson Wentz was brutalized by the Washington front seven and was sacked eight times in the loss. Lane Johnson and Miles Sanders missed the game due to injury, but both are expected back against the Rams. Doug Pederson needs to settle down Wentz and the offensive line, and one way to do that is by establishing the run with Miles Sanders who is one of the elite young backs in football. Last week the Rams gave up 136 yards on the ground to the Cowboys. I’m confident Sanders will play a big role in the offense and should go over his rushing total.

Jonnu Smith – TE, Tennessee Over 3.5 Receptions (-124)

I’m really high on Smith as I wrote in last week’s article. I believe he is going to have a big year and become a go to option for Ryan Tannehill. Titans’ receiver A.J. Brown is out this week with a bone bruise which should make Smith even more valuable. With Derrick Henry in the backfield, the Titan’s offense will always revolve around him and the running game, but last week Tannehill did throw 43 times. I think Jonnu Smith is a strong play this week.

Josh Allen- QB, Buffalo Over 35.5 Rushing Yards ( -114)

Last week, Josh Allen had 14 rushing attempts and finished with 57 yards and a touchdown in the Bills win over the Jets. He also threw for 312 yards and completed 71.7% of his passes. If he can continue to improve as a passer, he will become even more of a threat in the run game. The Dolphins allowed 217 yards on the ground last week including 75 yards to Cam Newton. I like the odds that Allen goes over his rushing total against Miami.
