New York Mets vs Washington Nationals

To the nation’s capital we go, for the last time this season, as two teams heading for vacation meet up – the New York Mets and the Washington Nationals. I’m expecting at least one Nationals player to end the season with a bang.

And that player might seem like an odd choice – Brady House. However, House has two homers in only seven career at-bats against tomorrow’s Mets starter Sean Manaea, so let’s roll the dice.

Los Angeles Angels vs Seattle Mariners

Start Time: 3:10 PM EST

Two more teams playing their last game of the year in this one, with the Los Angeles Angels meeting the Seattle Mariners. Hopefully there will be at least a couple of home runs hit in this game (see my bonus bet).

Which means another season has gone by with Mike Trout sitting out the playoffs. But at least he’s had back-to-back healthy seasons, and he’s going to hit a homer tomorrow off of Logan Gilbert, as he’s done twice in his career.
