NFL Prop Bets Week 1 Recap
Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) are talking best bets in this NFL Week 1 prop bets podcast. They’re joined by CJ Sullivan (@CJSullivan_) of the Bottom Line Bombs podcast to talk Week 1 player prop picks. Additionally, CJ breaks out a homemade ladder soundboard before running his Kenneth Gainwell “Kenny G” ladder.

The NFL Week 1 Prop Bets Board
Sean and Ryan link up on DK Metcalf’s over 48 and a half receiving yards in Atlanta. Both lean on the Aaron Rodgers connection and a Falcons pass rush missing both starting edge rushers. CJ opens with his own smash play: Ka’imi Fairbairn’s over one and a half field goals made against Buffalo. He wants that number running on auto-play the rest of the season. Garrett Wilson gets similar treatment against Tennessee, with Ryan pointing out Geno Smith doesn’t have another real option outside.
David Montgomery gets a look too, with Houston favored to lean on him against a shaky Bills run defense. Then Omarion Hampton and Devaughn Vele round out the early workload bets. One leans on a run-heavy Chargers offense, the other on a suspect Lions secondary. Tetairoa McMillan’s over 58 and a half receiving yards is another lean. Both hosts expect Panthers-Bears to turn into a track meet. The tight end market gets its own run. Cade Otton’s anytime touchdown stands out against a Bengals defense that allowed 16 touchdowns to the position last season. Dalton Kincaid gets a look too, working the one soft spot in an otherwise nasty Houston defense.
Ladders, Underdog Entries And The Degens Only Parlay
CJ earns his Laddie Daddy nickname building out the receptions ladder on new Raiders slot man Jack Bech. He’s betting Kirk Cousins keeps finding whoever’s open underneath the sticks. Next, Ryan runs his own ladder through Malik Willis’s rushing yards. He’s chasing the ceiling on a quarterback who’s cracked 70 yards in one out of every ten career starts. Finally, CJ closes with a Kenneth Gainwell ladder, sound effects and all. He argues Pittsburgh’s new lead back gets loose against a Bengals defense that can’t cover anybody out of the backfield.
The three also build an Underdog entry together. It stacks Nick Herbig’s sack against Tua Tagovailoa and Abdul Carter’s sack against the Cowboys. It also adds Jordan Love throwing a pick against Minnesota. A 30 percent boost pushes a $50 entry to a $13.74 profit. They also work interception props on the side. Daniel Jones is -105 to throw a pick against Baltimore. Joe Burrow is plus 125 to do the same against Tampa Bay’s run-first defense.
The show closes with three Degens Only Parlay entries. Sean ties Garrett Wilson, DK Metcalf and Tetairoa McMillan together, each needing 100 receiving yards. The combined price is 214 to 1. Ryan pairs Malik Willis’s rushing yards with a Cade Otton touchdown for 120 to 1. CJ builds a running back anytime-touchdown chain that starts at five legs. Chris Rodriguez, Rico Dowdle, Bucky Irving, Jordan Mason and Caleb Johnson combine for 140 to 1. He adds a sixth leg, Najee Harris, to push the whole card to 614 to 1.
