Best Bet For Wednesday (May 6th): NHL Playoffs Predictions
Anaheim Ducks vs Vegas Golden Knights
Start Time: 9:30 PM EST
The Vegas Golden Knights fell into the “win-one” category, as I was in on them for Game 1 of their Western Conference Second Round series against the Anaheim Ducks, and they came through for me with a 3-1 win. This, even though the Ducks dominated most aspects of the game, if you look at the box score.
While the Golden Knights might have required some luck to win Game 1, they are definitely the superior team in this matchup with the Ducks, especially when they’re playing on their home ice. Anaheim is the worst road team remaining in the playoffs, ending the regular season with a 19-20-2 road mark.
With their vast championship experience on their roster, the home ice advantage, and the better overall team, the Golden Knights are my best bet on the moneyline to win Game 2 on Wednesday night.
