Atlanta Hawks vs New York Knicks
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
One of the teams that covered the spread for me in Game 1 was the New York Knicks, who took care of the Atlanta Hawks 113-102 in front of their home fans at Madison Square Garden on Saturday. Yet we’re getting the Knicks at a reasonable number again tomorrow.
As I said for Game 1, my line was New York -7.5, and I’ve seen nothing to make that spread any closer for tomorrow’s rematch. The Knicks on the spread is my play once again.
Best Bet: New York -5.5 (-105)
Minnesota Timberwolves vs Denver Nuggets
Start Time – 10:30 PM EST
Another team that handled business, and most importantly for us, covered the spread in Game 1 was the Denver Nuggets, who looked like a legit threat to the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder, even with Peyton Watson still on the injury list.
With the Minnesota Timberwolves listing Anthony Edwards as questionable again for tomorrow’s action, and him going just 7-for-19 in Game 1, I like the Nuggets on the spread again tomorrow. My line is Denver -7.5 (but that’s with a 100% healthy Ant-Man), so the Nuggets on the spread is the play.
