UFC Fight Night: Sterling vs Zalal (aka UFC Vegas 116)
Main Card Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
The former UFC champion in question is former UFC Bantamweight Champion Alajamin Sterling, who, now competiting up at featherweight, faces surging contender Youssef Zalal in Saturday’s main event. And, as the odds hint at, this is a very close contest, at least on paper.
I’m going with the favorite, Zalal, to prevail in the biggest fight of his career. Not only is he much younger than Sterling (seven years), but he also has the size advantage and more striking power. He also should at least be Sterling’s equal on the mat, an area that both men excel at.
