We start things off in Toronto, where the Maple Leafs are having a pretty miserable season, mostly because they can’t keep the puck out of their own net. Which is good news for their opponents tomorrow night, the New York Islanders.
The Isles have one of the league’s hottest players in Bo Horvat, who has scored five times over his past 10 games. After going scoreless in his last two, he’s due to light the lamp again tomorrow night.
San Jose Sharks vs Edmonton Oilers
Start Time: 9:00 PM EST
The San Jose Sharks also get scored on more than a healthy amount, which is an affliction affecting almost all of the West Coast teams this season. And it’s an affliction you don’t want to have when going up against the Edmonton Oilers.
Leon Draisaitl has come out of the Olympic break firing, scoring six times in his past 10 games, bringing his season total up to 35 goals. Let’s make it 36 (at least) after tomorrow night’s action.
