Los Angeles Rams vs Carolina Panthers

With six wins banked already, this season has to be considered a win for the Carolina Panthers. Projected for 6.5 wins heading into the year, the Panthers haven’t won more than seven games since 2017. However, when you look under the hood, you realize that this is not a good football team.
Carolina’s defense is about average, so that’s not the problem. It’s their offense that is dragging them down, as they have one of the worst offensive ratings in the league. And things don’t get better this week, as they welcome the league’s best team, the Los Angeles Rams, to town. Possessors of the best defense in the NFC (second-best overall), the Rams will make sure that the Panthers don’t improve their dreadful offensive rating this week.
My line for Sunday is Los Angeles -17.5, so I like the Rams to cover the spread for my best bet.
