This week’s episode was pure chaos in the best possible way — the kind of chaos that smells like fantasy playoffs and emotional damage from your QB2. I kicked things off with Jeff Bell from Footballguys, a man who knows more about backup running backs than most people know about their own families. We hit the Fantasy Pump ’n Dumps hard — Tre Tucker hive rise up! Tez Johnson hive rise up! And yes, we even said the name “Taysom Hill” without vomiting (growth).
Then we dove into Thursday Night Football, Jets vs. Patriots. Two teams built entirely out of broken dreams and kicker points. Jeff thinks Breece Hall unders are life. I think therapy is. Somewhere in between, we found a few props that might make watching that game tolerable.
After Jeff clocked out, Colby Marchio from Betting News came on and immediately turned the energy into Chicago sports rage poetry. We talked Week 10 chaos, why Bears fans are unwell, and why Jonathan Taylor should be MVP of everything, including probably Dancing with the Stars.
Finally, Producer Ryan jumped in for Extra Holes to remind us the Bills are imploding, the Cardinals are adorable losers, and that betting is still technically legal.
It’s the kind of episode where you’ll learn something about fantasy football, maybe something about yourself, and definitely something you wish you could un-hear.
