NHL Goal Scorer Parlay For Friday (November 7th): NHL Predictions
Minnesota Wild vs New York Islanders
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
As I mentioned in my best bet article, the Minnesota Wild are off to a crummy start to the season. They’ve been bad on offense, and especially bad on defense, which plays into my bet here.
With Wild goalie Filip Gustavsson having a bit of a down year, I’m going with a New York Islander to score on him tomorrow. And that Islander is Anders Lee, who has three goals in five career games against Gustavsson.
Winnipeg Jets vs San Jose Sharks
Start Time: 10:00 PM EST
One player who isn’t having a down year is the Winnipeg Jets’ Mark Scheifele. Always a reliable scorer (he averages 32 goals per season over his lengthy career), Scheifele is out of the gate with nine goals in the team’s first 13 games this season.
And considering the San Jose Sharks are letting in the third-most goals per game in the NHL this season, I like Scheifele’s chances of lighting the lamp tomorrow night.
