After two weekends of UFC Apex slop (they turned out to be fun fight cards, to be fair), it’s pay-per-view time this coming weekend in the UFC. UFC 319 goes down from Chicago’s United Center on Saturday, with the UFC Middleweight Championship on the line in the main event. For my MMA Prop Play of the Week: UFC 319, I’ve got a winning play on a women’s prelim fight. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Prop Pick of the Week: UFC 319
UFC 319: Du Plessis vs Chimaev
Start Time: Saturday – 6:00 PM EST – (ESPN+/ESPN/PPV)
Former UFC Strawweight Champion Jessica Andrade on Saturday night, after getting choked out by Jasmine Jasudavicius at UFC 315 in May. She’ll face another Canadian (Mexican-Canadian), Lupita ‘Loopy’ Godinez, in a women’s strawweight prelim fight at UFC 319.
And I expect Andrade to lose her third straight fight. The former champion is obviously well past her prime at this point and has struggled against wrestlers like Godinez. Loopy should get Andrade done early and often and grind out a decision victory, because she doesn’t ever finish anyone (three finishes in 13 pro wins).
