The Chicago Sky are up against it again this season, losing at a higher clip than they even did last season when they went 13-27. And they’re stuck playing a road back-to-back tomorrow against the very strong Atlanta Dream.
But perhaps most concerning for the Sky and their fans is the play of second-year forward Angel Reese. While remaining a lightning rod for controversy, the ‘Bayou Barbie’ is having a down sophomore season in the WNBA, with all of her key stats down.
While Reese is still a menace on the boards, leading the league by a healthy margin by pulling down almost 12 boards a game, even her rebounding numbers are down from her record-breaking rookie season.
While Reese’s rebound prop isn’t posted as of this writing, it was set at 12.5 for her game on Saturday. I’m taking the under on Reese’s boards for my prop bet on Sunday.
