Boston Celtics vs New York Knicks

Start Time – 3:30 PM EST

It was by the smallest of margins (three points and one point, to be exact), but the New York Knicks improbably head into Game 3 at home up 2-0 on the defending NBA Champion Boston Celtics. Is this the Knicks’ year, and more importantly, will they cover the spread again tomorrow?

I don’t know is my answer to the first question, and yes is my response to the second. Yes, New York will cover again tomorrow. My line for this game is Boston -2, so the Knicks are getting my money once again.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs Golden State Warriors

Start Time – 8:30 PM EST

The Golden State Warriors should be thankful to be heading home from Minneapolis with a win in their pocket after losing Stephen Curry in Game 1 of their series against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Now, can they stay alive long enough for their superstar to get back on the court?

The Warriors certainly didn’t look up to the job in Game 2, losing by 24 points to the Wolves. With a healthy Curry, my line for Game 3 would be Golden State -2. But minus Curry, and with the momentum and confidence from a big performance last game, I think Minnesota covers the spread on Saturday.
