As I mentioned above, a big game for both teams for playoff implications. On the injury front, for the Denver Broncos, Patrick Surtain II was a full participant in practice for the Broncos. Additionally, Riley Moss was a limited participcant in practice and his status for the game is up in the air.

Meanwhile, the Chargers had several players who did not participant in practice on Tuesday including, Will Dissly, Cam Hart, and Elijah Johnson. Additionally, linebacker Denzel Perryman was also a limited participcant in practice for the Chargers.

Best Bets

The Broncos come into this game with one of the best road ATS records at 6-1. Additionally, the Broncos are 4-3 SU on the road. Thus far in the division the Broncos are 3-1 ATS. The question in this game will be up can Justin Herbert carry the offense and the team to a cover? The running back has been non-existent and lacking depth with the absence of J.K. Dobbins.

However, the Chargers are also a profitable team at home this season and have played very well in the division. In fact, the Charger are 4-1 SU and 4-1 ATS in the division thus this season. If the Chargers are able to limit the turnovers in this game I believe there is a strong chance they win and cover the game. Lastly, thus far this season, on Thursday Night Football, home teams are 12-5 SU and 10-7 ATS.

Best Bet: Raiders +6

Player Prop Best Bet

Justin Herbert Over 31.5 pass Attempts

Herbert of course very familiar with the Broncos has plenty of success against the team. In fact, Herbert is averaging 37 pass attempts and 239.4 passing yards in his career against the Broncos. Additionally, since Week 3, 10 of the 12 quarterbacks have exceeded 32+ pass attempts against the Broncos. With the injuries the Chargers are dealing with in the backfield, I don’t expect a whole lot of successful running in this game for the Chargers. As a result, they will have to rely on Herbert’s shoulders and arm.
