MLB Thursday: Tampa Bay Rays vs Oakland Athletics

Start Time – 3:37 PM EST

I expect this game to be ugly at the plate. These two teams are on a travel day, which typically means some players will get a breather. The starting crew wasn’t doing much at the plate to begin with. There have been just ten runs scored in the first three games and the total is set for 7.5 here.

In addition to liking the under, I also like the strikeout prop. The Rays struck out 13 times last night and have averaged ten a game for this series. Osvaldo Bido has struck out at least six batters in four of his last five games. Should be an easy night for plenty of Ks.
