Football Pick of the Day (October 25th): NFL Week 7 Spread Pick
Dallas Cowboys vs Philadelphia Eagles
8:15pm – Monday – October 26th
It seems crazy to take the Cowboys as road favorites, especially against their interdivisional rival the Eagles – but they are barely playing the Eagles here. Jalen Hurts is out for the year with blood clots, and top receivers DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks will join with ankle and hamstring injuries respectively. Saquon Barkley is trending in the right direction, but there’s still a designation on the injury report heading into Sunday.
The Cowboys have been bad, even fully healthy. They’ve been atrocious against the run and only a tough better in pass coverage. However, they’re still in the top 10 of the league when it comes to scoring. That allows them to have a shot in any game where they can make it a shootout.
With the Eagles lacking the weapons on offense, I think they’ll have trouble keeping pace.
