It’s time for my top NFL Week 7 props! With a loaded slate of action, I’m breaking down my favorite prop bets for this weekend. In fact, I feel so good about these prop bets that I’m loading them into a parlay! Let’s take a look at some of the top players that I’m taking this weekend.
Top 2026 NFL Week 7 Props
Tetaiora McMillan Over 69.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The first pick on the NFL Week 7 props card is Tet McMillan over 69.5 receiving yards against Tampa Bay. McMillan is averaging 94.2 yards a game and has topped 69.5 in four of five contests, including a 192-yard game. He currently holds a 36% target share and draws at least eight targets in most games.
Bryce Young looks his way early and often, and McMillan’s size creates mismatches. Tampa Bay struggled to contain the pass when they faced heavy pass volume. Carolina’s offense stays pass-heavy, which feeds McMillan’s total. Even with Jalen Coker active, McMillan remains the clear number one option.
His recent target trends and yards-per-route run mark support that he’ll have another big game. The line sits well below his season average and recent production.
Tucker Kraft Over 51.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
My next pick is Tucker Kraft over 51.5 receiving yards. He faces the league’s softest tight-end defense when the Packers visit Detroit. The Lions allow 109 receiving yards per game to the position and have given up nine touchdowns in five contests. Kraft has posted at least five catches in three straight games and has had seven or more targets in most of the recent games.
His target share sits around 17%, and his involvement continues to trend upward. Green Bay enters a high-total game indoors, which should boost pass volume and create more opportunities for Kraft. Jordan Love trusts him in key spots, and the Lions’ coverage issues at the position should produce easy completions and YAC.
They also get Josh Jacobs back, which should make the run game better. A good run game opens up the pass game. I love the over here.
Bijan Robinson Over 88.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Bijan Robinson remains Atlanta’s offensive engine, so taking over 88.5 rushing yards on our NFL Week 7 props makes sense. He averages 106.8 yards per game on 18.5 carries, and has cleared this in four of six games.
Even with a lighter workload last week, he still averaged around seven yards per carry. He has excellent vision and explosiveness. Atlanta is going to need to establish the ground game early on in this one to keep the 49ers offense off the field. Robinson’s efficiency metrics are elite, and he has shown he can post big totals without needing 25 carries a game.
Malik Willis Over 30.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
Malik Willis brings consistent rushing production that makes the over 40.5 yards a strong play against the Jets. He has already topped this number in half of the games this season, including games with 56 and 74 rushing yards.
Willis is averaging 6.9 yards per run and mixes designed runs with scrambles. Miami needs his mobility because his completion rate sits near 56%, which forces the offense to create more yardage with his legs. The Jets have struggled to contain mobile quarterbacks this season. Willis’s ability to extend plays outside the pocket creates easy yardage on broken plays.
Even if Miami falls behind, Willis will continue to scramble and pick up positive yards by avoiding sacks. This one feels too easy.
Christian McCaffrey Over 46.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The last pick on my NFL Week 7 props card is CMC over 46.5 receiving yards. He averages over 30 receiving yards a game, but had 53 yards on nine catches last week. He’ll remain heavily involved in the passing game, especially with all the injuries the 49ers currently have at the receiver position.
The 49ers trust him on check-downs, screens, and intermediate routes. Last week, he lined up at receiver multiple times while Kaelon Black lined up in the backfield. In other words, he’s getting a lot of snaps and staying on the field even if he’s not lined up as the main running back on a play.
He has great yards-after-catch ability, and the 49ers’ strong offensive line helps him turn short targets into solid yards.
