UFC Fight Night: Buckley vs Malott (aka UFC Edmonton)
Start Time: 5:00 PM EST
I’m committing a seditious act this weekend, and I’m betting against a fellow Canadian to get knocked out at UFC Fight Night: Buckley vs Malott. Not only that, but I’m making that play my prop pick of the week.
I have concerns about veteran Kyle Nelson’s chin. Nelson, the Canadian in question, has been knocked out four times in his career, with two of those coming in his last three fights. Facing a much younger (by eight years) fighter in Mexico’s Cristian Perez is an issue. The fact that Perez has won his last two fights via TKO is an even bigger issue. I think Perez is going to shut Nelson’s lights out on Saturday night in Edmonton.
