The Los Angeles Dodgers Freddie Freeman has been one of the heroes of the playoffs for me, hitting a +490 home run earlier in this series. And I’m betting on him doing the same tomorrow, except this time for even better odds.

The longer odds are surely due to Chris Sale starting Game 3 for the Atlanta Braves. The only thing is Freeman has hit him hard over his career, with two homers in 16 at-bats.

Milwaukee Brewers vs San Diego Padres

Start Time: 9:30 PM EST

In the nightcap, the San Diego Padres will be fighting for their playoff lives as their series with the Milwaukee Brewers heads out West. I expect at least one Padre player to have a good game with his back against the wall.

That would be third baseman Manny Machado, who has gone 2-6 through the first two games, but has yet to homer. That changes tomorrow, as he’s taken Brewers starter Dustin May yard twice in his career.
