College Football Week 4 Preview & Picks Recap
The College Football Experience (@TCEonSGPN) on the Sports Gambling Podcast Network continues its 2026 season coverage with college football Week 4 picks, a full-slate preview and picks show. Pick Dundee aka (@TheColbyD) and Ryan McIntyre (@Moneyline_Mac) go live from Myrtle Beach before Liberty at Coastal Carolina, and CJ Sullivan (@CJSullivan_) joins from the box. Is TCU minus-2.5 at the Bounce House the plutonium lock of the week? Is Oklahoma live at plus-14.5 against Georgia, with all three of them on the Sooners? Who wins the Chestnut Hill battle, Colby’s Boston College lock or Mac’s Virginia Tech lock? Is Texas minus-4.5 at Neyland a safe double lock? And can Colby’s Texas A&M lock at plus-9.5 in Death Valley beat Mac and CJ laying it with LSU?
The Bet Detective picks his spots to break away. He takes Oregon and the over while Colby and Mac ride USC, and he locks Kansas State by double digits against their Cincinnati play. The guys triple-lock Northern Illinois, Auburn, Nebraska, Oregon State and Stanford, and Mac brings Rich Rod and the coonskin cap to Oklahoma State at West Virginia. Then they build the seven-game contest card, with West Virginia as the given and Sam Houston as the dirty dog. We talk it all and more on this episode of The College Football Experience.

College Football Week 4 Picks: A Battle In Conway
Colby and Mac will be at Brooks Stadium on Thursday night, and the drinks are on them if you come out. Liberty lays 2.5 at Coastal Carolina. Colby already bet Liberty. So it’s a battle, although he swears you will not catch him in any Liberty gear. Mac is on Coastal and says he’ll wear a Coastal shirt with the coonskin cap. CJ takes Coastal Carolina at home, no bet. He admits he never knows what to do with this Liberty team. He faded them last week, and then they played their best game in two years.
Friday brings Navy at UAB, with Navy laying 6.5. Colby and Mac both locked the Midshipmen the night before. But CJ battles them on UAB. He doesn’t think this Navy offense is the same, and he expects UAB’s best shot on a Friday night. Northwestern at Indiana dropped from 21.5 to 20.5 after the SGP show. Mac has Northwestern’s first-half money line because he thinks Indiana is overvalued. Colby bet the Wildcats at the sharper number. CJ also takes the points. He likes what Chip Kelly’s offense did against Colorado.
The Plutonium Lock And The Sooners
TCU lays 2.5 at UCF. Colby starts on TCU with no bet, because he watched the whole Arkansas State game and didn’t love it. Receiver Jordan Dwyer is questionable, though they expect him back. Then the Bet Detective locks it up and calls TCU his bottom line bomb. Mac admits it’s hard to go against UCF at the Bounce House. But he says TCU is the favorite for a reason, because they’re better. By the end of the segment, TCU minus-2.5 is the plutonium lock of the week, with all three on it.
Colby bets Oklahoma every way possible. He takes the points, the money line at plus-475, the first-half money line and the under. His case is that Georgia hasn’t played anybody with a pulse and Brent Venables is in a foxhole. CJ agrees the Oklahoma offense is broken. But he calls the defense elite and says Georgia will have to drive the ball. Mateer just has to play a clean game. Mac also bets Oklahoma plus-14, even though he has Georgia winning 20-10. It stays off the contest card, because it’s a TMZ game.
Battles At Chestnut Hill And Death Valley
Virginia Tech lays 14.5 at Boston College. Colby takes a shot on BC as his first lock of the Saturday slate. He also adds the BC first-half money line. To him, it’s a sleepy noon spot for a Hokies team on the road for a second straight week. But Mac locks the Hokies. He’s expecting a nor’easter, and he says Boston College can’t run the ball. He sees a 31-6 beatdown. The contest line is 13.5, a point shorter. It won’t make the contest card, because the two of them are on opposite sides.
LSU lays 9.5 against Texas A&M in Death Valley. Colby is all over the points. He sprinkles the money line, locks the Aggies and calls it a foxhole for Mike Elko. Mac battles him, because he doesn’t think A&M has the horses this year. He points out that Arizona State outgained the Aggies two weeks ago. He has LSU by 14 and trusts Lane Kiffin in Death Valley. CJ also lays it with LSU, without a lock. His question is which loss is easier to shake: LSU at Ole Miss, or A&M at home to Kentucky.
Where The Bet Detective Breaks Off
USC gets 3.5 at home against Oregon in the Coliseum. Colby takes the Trojans, partly on the advice of a guy in the chat. Mac calls Oregon a fraud, locks USC and has them winning outright. CJ loves the over more than any side. Then he takes the Ducks anyway so there’s a battle. His evidence is that Rutgers ran right down USC’s throat last week. He doesn’t trust Lincoln Riley at all, even though he admits USC is the value after the look-ahead line had Oregon at 6.5.
Kansas State lays 6.5 at Cincinnati. Colby locks the Bearcats and thinks it’s a money line play. Mac is with him and has Cincinnati winning outright. But CJ goes the other way. He locks K-State to win by double digits and reads off Cincinnati at 10-23 against the spread versus conference opponents since 2022. He does it again at Jacksonville State, which lays 7.5 to Middle Tennessee. Colby takes the Blue Raiders. Mac leans Jax State. CJ locks Jacksonville State, citing Middle Tennessee at 0-10 against the spread in conference play coming off an upset win.
Triple Locks, Morgantown And The Contest Card
There’s plenty they agree on, too. Northern Illinois becomes a triple lock after CJ digs up Georgia State’s ugly home record against the spread, with the money line at plus-320. Auburn is a triple lock as a blitz spot against Vanderbilt at minus-9.5. So are Nebraska at Michigan State, Oregon State minus-10.5 at the Sun Bowl and Stanford plus-3.5 against Georgia Tech. Colby and Mac double lock Texas minus-4.5 at Tennessee. CJ won’t battle them there, but he also likes the under. The two hosts also lock Ohio State minus-27.5 against Illinois.
Oklahoma State at West Virginia crossed zero, and Colby locks the Mountaineers with Rich Rod. The over gets plenty of love too, with a call for this one to land in the 70s. Mac says the line moved because he shoved his money in at 3 a.m. in Charlotte. He calls the Cowboys frauds and promises West Virginia will run the ball right down their throats. Troy Chewning (@Troychewning) wonders from the boards if all this travel makes it a fatigue spot for Mac. Mac’s answer is that anyone who thinks so can meet him in the Blue Lot at noon for a seven o’clock kickoff.
The contest card is coming off a 5-2 week, and the goal is 7-0. West Virginia is the given. Sam Houston is the dirty dog, after Colby locked them in the points at Texas Tech. Arkansas goes on, then Auburn and Virginia as the two blitz plays. UCLA gets the call over Wyoming so they can bury Mike Locksley, and Nebraska is the seventh. Then Colby and Mac argue over which ones count as Dundee plays. Troy gets his shout-out on the way out for running the boards all night.
