Los Angeles Dodgers vs Chicago Cubs

Start Time: 2:20 PM EST

Perhaps I’m getting a bit too cute with my home run picks tomorrow, as they’re all a bit off the beaten path, but only time will tell. And I have solid reasons to bet on the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Tommy Edman to hit one out tomrorow against the Chicago Cubs.

Edman is not a big bopper, but did hit a homer on Monday, and the Cubs starter tomorrow, Shota Imanaga, has allowed the (tied for) sixth-most homers this season. Plus, Edman has taken him yard three times in just eight career at-bats.

Best Bet: Tommy Edman (+641)

Miami Marlins vs Atlanta Braves

Start Time: 7:15 PM EST

The Atlanta Braves’ Drake Baldwin maybe isn’t an obvious home run pick either, but he does have a career-high 20 this season. And he likes hitting against the Miami Marlins’ Eury Perez, who is on the bump tomorrow.

Baldwin has two dingers in just six career at-bats against the righty, so the conditions could be right for the catcher to add to his career-best long ball total.
