The NFL is in offseason mode! Mini-camps, OTA’s, and your dynasty league drafts are all taking place. Some of you may not be down listening to the CFL Gambling Podcast and placing your money on the Canadian league. That’s okay. However, if you’re still itching to get down on some bets now to build your futures portfolio, we’ve got you covered! Let’s take a look at some NFL Futures, more specifically Fast Futures in player props. These are defined as “The next player to”. Here are my top bets to add to your NFL bets now!
NFL Futures Bets: NFL Fast Future Player Props!
Next Player To Record 3+ Rush TDs In A Game
First up in our NFL futures bets, we’re going to be looking at the next player to record 3+ rushing touchdowns in a single game. This one feels too easy to me. Sure, there are plenty of talented running backs who are capable of achieving this in the right game flow. However, I’m sticking with a guy who did it three different times last year.
While Daniel Jones was the quarterback, Jonathan Taylor ran for three touchdowns in three separate games! This is a feat that is usually accomplished once or twice a year by different running backs. Taylor did it three times in a single season. Daniel Jones was injured, and the run game took a hit. However, Jones is expected to be back early this year, if not by Week 1.
Taylor is +1000 to be the next player to record three rushing touchdowns in a game. 10/1 for a guy that just did it three times last year. The Colts didn’t go through a major overhaul by any means, especially on the offensive line. This is a great future to add.
Next Player To Record 150+ Rush Yards In A Game
This next NFL futures bet is to pick the next player to record 150+ rushing yards in a single game. I actually have two guys I’m taking in this one, hoping that one of them is the one that hits. (Obviously).
The first is Jahmyr Gibbs. I know they brought Isiah Pacheco in to replace David Montgomery, but I still think Gibbs could have a monster year. A lot of this is if you trust that the Lions can bounce back after a down season without Ben Johnson. Gibbs went over this mark just once this year. However, he’s still a dog, and I expect him to have a big year. He’s +750 to be the first running back to exceed 150+ rushing yards in a game.
The other running back I like for this bet is a long shot. He didn’t get it done last year. However, I think the offense will be a smidge better than it was last year. At the very least, they should know they have to rely on their franchise player. That player is De’Von Achane of the Miami Dolphins. He’s +2000 to get it done, and I like throwing him in my bets.
Next Player To Record 150+ Receiving Yards In A Game
Remember how we talked above about an NFL futures that seemed too easy because a player (Jonathan Taylor) had just done the feat three times in 2025? We’re moving on to another one that feels too easy because this player accomplished the feat FOUR times in 2025.
The bet is for the next player to record 150+ receiving yards in a game. Puka Nacua is sitting at +1000. 10/1 for a player who did it four times last year. He had 170 against the Colts in Week 4. Later in the season, he had three straight games over 150. He finished with 167, 181, and 225 in those games.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Amon-Ra St. Brown both had two games each over 150 yards. However, Nacua was the one who had the most, and he’s my lock to hit this. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets it by Week 4 again, cashing you a nice 10/1 payout.
Next Player To Record 400+ Pass Yards In A Game
We’ll pivot right from the receiver’s bet to a quarterback’s bet. You can’t have enough NFL futures bets when it comes to quarterback props. This one is the next player to record 400+ passing yards in a game. I’ve got two I like, and I’ll start with the quarterback throwing to the receiver I just talked about.
Matt Stafford is +1100 to be the next player to record 400+ passing yards in a game. He did it once last year, throwing for 457. He got close in an earlier game in the season, throwing for 389. The Rams seem all in to win the Super Bowl this year. They’ve made all the moves to improve the defense because the offense is already solid. With Puka potentially having 150-400 yard games, and other plays getting involved as well, I like taking Stafford here.
The other one is a complete dark horse at +3000. Adding a 30/1 to your bets is a nice way to sweat the season. It’s Bryce Young. Go ahead and laugh, but he did it once last year, throwing for 448 yards against the Falcons. He plays them twice each year, and I don’t think they did enough to improve their defensive backfield.
Next Player To Record 5+ Passing Touchdowns In A Game
The last NFL futures bet we’re adding is the next player to record 5+ passing touchdowns in a game. I know he didn’t do it last year. Also, he’s coming off an injury and may not be ready by Week 1. I don’t care. It’s still the player I feel is most likely to pull off the feat. Plus, the price is good.
Mahomes had two games in which he threw four touchdowns last year. He’s thrown for five touchdowns six different times in his career. The bet is at +1600, and 16/1 is a price I love in a Patrick Mahomes-related bet.
