The UFC takes a break from its world tour and heads back to its home base, the Meta APEX, this Saturday for a Fight Night card. I know what you’re thinking, but this isn’t a typical APEX slop card. UFC Fight Night: Muhammad vs Bonfim (aka UFC Vegas 118)
Start Time: 5:00 PM EST
I’m getting fancy – and very specific – with my prop play for this Saturday’s UFC action, but when it hits, it’ll be a nice payoff. As mentioned, it’s for a catchweight bout – 130 pounds – between Matt Schnell and Alessandro Costa.
It’s a catchweight because Costa is stepping in here on short notice, but despite the shortened prep time, I expect the Brazilian to roll in this matchup. He’s much younger, a better striker, and a finisher everywhere. And since he often finishes his opponent in the second frame – and Schnell keeps getting finished in the second round – Costa to win in Round 2 is my fancy prop play.
