Montreal Canadiens vs Tampa Bay Lightning
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Eastern Conference First Round series between the Montreal Canadiens and the Tampa Bay Lightning has been as close as can be, knotted at two games apiece. Not only that, but all four games were decided by just one goal, including three of them going to overtime.
The Lightning made it a best-of-three series by winning Game 4 (shockingly in regulation time) 3-2 on enemy turf, giving them home ice advantage in the series once more. And that’s a big thing, because Tampa Bay is one of the strongest home ice teams in the league this year, going 26-14-1 in front of their home crowd in the regular season.
With the Habs already stealing a game in Florida, I don’t like their chances at turning that trick twice. Look for the Lightning to go up 3-2 after tomorrow night, in what will surely be another tight game.
