Calgary Flames vs Anaheim Ducks
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
A short slate of games awaits us on the ice tomorrow, with only six games scheduled in the NHL. And we’ve got some wide odds in a few of them. This is just my excuse for having a best bet tomorrow that is a little chalkier than usual.
That pick would be the Anaheim Ducks beating the Calgary Flames in Cali tomorrow night. No, that’s not much of a stretch, as the Flames’ 9-17-2 road record is the second-worst in the NHL this season. Worse news for Calgary is that the Ducks are deadly on their home ice, going 19-8-1 in front of their home fans, the fourth-best home mark in the league.
Even worse news for the Flames – the Ducks are hot, winning four straight and 11 of their last 13 games. When you consider all of this, I guess the line we’re getting on Anaheim tomorrow is actually pretty good.
